We manufacture parts with a diameter of 4 to 400 mm on conventional machines and CNC machines with or without power tools and – if required - with simultaneous rear-side processing. The latter has the advantage that the piece can be completed with only one clamping operation, thereby, saving expensive re-working. have DNC connection, which allows us to write CNC programs on the PC and send them online to the respective machine. Data backups are thereby a further advantage. We process any machinable material that can be cut, from plastics, non-ferrous metals and tooled steels, high-temperature alloys and difficult to cut alloys which are used in aeronautics and aerospace. |
