Thanks to our Processing Centres MAHOMAT 600 and Mori Seiki MV 40, each with four axes, we are able to process any material that can be cut. Maximum part size is around 400 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm for MAHOMAT and around 700 mm x 350 mm x 300 mm for Mori Seiki. In addition, we have a tool milling-cutter Deckel FP1 at our disposal. Maximum part size this can process is around 2,500 mm x 1,250 mm x 200 mm. This

can be capped. In addition, there are a manual dividing attachment and a rotary machine table of 25 mm diameter. Since the summer 2006, we have been working with the CAD/CAM system “Pictures by PC” from Schott Systems, Munich. This not only makes milling more efficient, it enables us to process 3D geometrical bodies, such as free-forming surfaces. |
